The new education must teach the individual how to classify and reclassify information, how to evaluate its, veracity, how to change categories when necessary, how to move from the concrete to the abstract and back, how to look at problems from a new direction--how to teach himself. Tomorrow's illiterate will not be the man who can't read; he will be the man who has not learned how to learn.

The most interesting things I’ve found on the internet are the result of not looking for them.

Perhaps, it’s the unexpected reward of information or visual stimulus that makes me remember the experience as that, since there was no intent. I could be predisposed to this kind of events though, due to the fact that I browse the internet like a tourist. I’m always on vacation.

Japanese Emoticons

It is possible that you have noticed some japanese style emoticons on the writings of this blog. I’m loving them. One page that has a good variety is Anikaos. I actually reserve some time from day to day to find about more variations.

There is a direct relation here: since I like anime (a lot) I must like japanese emoticons. I do! (^o^)y Oh well, I also like lolcats.
